Cross Roads House held its annual Leadership and Legacy Society Reception on October 24, 2018, at Tuscan Kitchen in Portsmouth. The annual event is an opportunity for the Cross Roads House Board of Directors and staff to personally recognize and thank society members for their generous support of the shelter.
The Leadership Society recognizes donors who have contributed $1,000 or more in the last fiscal year. Legacy Society members have included support of Cross Roads House as part of their will or trust.
During the reception, Executive Director Martha Stone presented an update on the past year’s activities at the shelter and a preview of the year to come. Three past Board Members, Jude Blake, Chick Hayden, and Dave Van Patten, were honored for their outstanding service to Cross Roads House. All three were named “Honorary Board Members”.
It was wonderful to see all who were able to attend. We are so grateful for the amazing support our Leadership Society and Legacy Society continue to provide.
