Hope in Motion Ride Brings Cyclists to Cross Roads House

By Bridget Thompson

On the morning of July 19th, approximately 22 cyclists participating in the Hope in Motion ride, organized by United for the Homeless, wrapped up their route along the rail trail with a visit to Cross Roads House. After the ride, participants gathered for coffee, conversation, and a guided tour of the shelter.

We were thrilled to welcome the group and share more about the work we do to support individuals and families experiencing homelessness. The enthusiasm and curiosity of these riders underscored the growing momentum behind United for the Homeless’ ambitious goal: to collectively ride 1,000,000 miles and raise $100,000 in support of Cross Roads House.

We’re grateful to everyone who joined us and look forward to continuing this partnership and building awareness through community, connection, and shared purpose.
