The weather is getting warmer and the school year is coming to a close. That means it is time to prepare for the summer season at Cross Roads House.
Summer presents some unique challenges for our residents. Our families need assistance purchasing new summer clothing for their growing children, as well as summer camp supplies like swimsuits, sunscreen, and bug spray. Our adult residents will also be spending more time outdoors in the sun and heat and may need assistance staying protected from the elements.
You can help us make sure all Cross Roads House residents have a fun and safe summer by donating the following items:
- Walmart gift cards (for children’s clothing and shoes)
- Gas cards for transportation
- Sunscreen
- Bug spray
- Beach towels
- Ice packs
- Water bottles
- Rain ponchos
- Lunch boxes
- Children’s Bike Helmets (New, All sizes)
