Cross Roads House held a Volunteer Appreciation Night on September 19, 2018, at Atlantic Grill in Rye. Cross Roads House Board members and staff were on hand to extend a special thanks to approximately two dozen volunteers.

and Gene White.

Last year, Cross Roads House volunteers prepared and served more than 23,000 dinner meals!

While most of our volunteer opportunities involve preparing and serving dinner and breakfast for our residents, many volunteers assist in a variety of other ways, including providing child care, assisting with our birthday club, providing professional skills, gardening at the shelter, landscaping, legal consultations, hair cuts, chair massage, tax preparation, picking up donations, and much more.

The Board of Directors, staff, and residents of Cross Roads House are very grateful for the steadfast dedication of all of our volunteers.

You Can Make an Impact.
