The transitional program at Cross Roads House effectively addresses these needs. Our transitional program helps our residents find permanent housing, and it gives them the skills necessary to regain stability in their life.

• Adult tutoring and GED Preparation
• Student tutoring
• Mental health counseling
• Job search and vocational training
• Referral to substance abuse treatment
• Life skills such as budgeting and parenting
• Access to primary medical care
• Help finding permanent housing
